One of the things I love about Kaizen Training is the ability to be flexibile in creating programs to meet anyones individual needs. Here are a few of the methods I use when working with clients, but ultimately we will work together to come up with the best method for meeting your goals and needs.




This if for clients looking for that 1 on 1 attention to create an enviornment for more immediate results. Programs will be created to meet the individual needs of the client based on their unique goals, ranging from weight loss, sport performance enhancement, to overall improvement of health and wellness.



Nutritional guidance will be offered to optimize results and improve the quality of recovery. Nutrional assistance can range from assisting with meal plans to enhancing pre and post workout nutrition for optimal performance. 



Have a special day you are preparing for? What better way than training with the people who mean the most to you and will be spending your wedding day with you. Grab your bridesmaids, familiy members, whoever you want and we will create a program with all of your goals in mind.



These programs are geared more towards people looking to improve performance and prevent injury. This can be in the form of individual training including skill work for a particular sport, small group training, or working with an entire team to help establish a program geared towards their needs.

           BOOT CAMP

Weekly Boot Camp classes are for all types of clients, regardless of current fitness level. The biggest focus will be on metabolic training, allowing for intensity of training to be manipulated by size of weight, speed of activity, or number of reps performed.
