Boot Camp is a group training session geared to fit everyone. We use methods based on metabolic training to get optimum results out of each session. We focus on strength training methods with tools including, but not limited to: kettlebells, suspension training, sandbags, our own body weight, hills, boxes, and free weights.
The wonderful thing about Boot Camp is all activities can be manipulated to find the intensity appropriate for each individual. This can be controlled by weight, speed of activity, amount of rest, technique, and stability. So no matter where your fitness level is currently at, we can meet your needs!
