Strength and Conditioning Program

     This program is geared towards athletes looking to improve their performance in competitions, rate of recovery from training and games, and prevent the likelihood and severity with risk of injury. 

 

     This program is based on "Triphasic Training" which promotes development of the three phases of all dynamic movements (eccentric, isometric, and concentric). It can benefit players from all sports as it focuses on creating a more powerful, reactive, and stronger athlete. The program may include but not be limited to: resistance training, plyometrics, endurance training, agility, nutritional guidance, and recovery based stretching and sport specific skill development. 

 

    

 

 

 

Tailored Strength and Conditioning Programs

 

 The programs will focus on improving an athlete's footwork, mobility, coordination, muscle recruitment, strength, endurance, and other factors that may compliment athletic performance. Each program provides an opportunity for age appropriate training as groups are broken up based on age and experience.

 

 

 

 

Over the past few years, we have worked with programs for Augsburg Mens Basketball, Bloomington United Soccer Club, Shakopee Soccer Association, Woodbury Soccer Club, Tonka United Soccer Club, Tonka Fusion Elite, Shakopee High School Girls Soccer, Jefferson High School Girls/Boys Soccer, Academy of Holy Angels Boys Soccer, Chaska High School Girls Soccer, Saint Thomas Academy Basketball, and Edina High School Boys Basketball
